Strings requires a security deposit of $1,000 for all uses. Upon the conclusion of the lease period, Strings may use this deposit to cover any damage incurred during the lease period or additional fees that have not been paid. Strings requires full payment of the fee and security deposit upon signing of the Facility Use Agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon by Strings and Renter. If cancellation is received less than 60 days before the start of the proposed rental period, 50% of the rate is forfeited. Please check the box below to confirm that you accept these conditions.*

Additional services provided at cost may be requested after the Facility Use Agreement has been completed and fee has been paid. Additional fees will be invoiced to Renter after the rental period has ended. Security deposit will be returned after all additional fees have been paid in full.
