Online APA Tournament Registration

This registration form is for the Valentines Scotch Doubles event on Feb. 8th, 2025 that will be hosted at Rockaway Billiards.

The entry fee of $50 is only for pre-paid entries only. All entries paid on the date of the tournament will be $60. In addition to the entry fee there is a $12 Greens Fee.

All players must be on an 8-Ball roster in the APA of Northern NJ and have a minimum of 10 8-Ball matches played within the last 2 years. Roster must be a combination of Male/Female players. Combined Skill Levels cannot exceed 10 based on current Skill Level rankings on the day of the tournament.

The APA of Northern NJ will add $400 to the Travel Fund if there are 16 or less teams that participate in this event. There is no cash payout unless there are more than 24 teams that participate in this event.

This is a Qualifier Tournament and winners will advance to a Higher-Level Tournament. Travel Assistance Funds will be provided in the form of credit when using an authorized APA Travel Agent. Any unused travel funds will be presented to the team at the tournament in Las Vegas. Teams that do not play in the National Tournament will be expected to return all funds received including the Tournament Entry Fee if it is not refundable. 2nd Place team will be first alternate if the 1st Place team cannot attend the National Tournament. League Management will decide upon compensation if any for teams not able to attend on a case by case basis. Any late entry fees will be added in to the Travel Assistance Fund.
