  • Drop-off and Pick-up Policy

    *Updated for 2024
  •   Drop-off and Pick-up times will be by appointment only at 30 minute windows. Our hours vary with our last appointment at 7pm (Sun-Sat) and your drop-off and pick-up times will be discussed and appointed at booking. For advanced bookings, we will get your preferred times and will confirm your 30 minute window three days prior to your stay. We will do our absolute best to be accomadating, however, we cannot guarentee your preferred times will be available. There may be times that you will be required to book an extra night if we are unavailble for the times that you are looking for if you wish to continue with your booking with us.

    Picking Up & Late Fees

      At pick-up, please look over your pet’s items to assure all belongings are accounted for. If you decide to extend your stay, please try to give as much advanced notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice, and we will do our best to accomadate a new and convienient scheduled pick-up time for you the next day. If you decide to pick your dog up early from their stay, please try to give as much advanced notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. Abuse of either (i.e. repeated last minute changes, no notice until you pick-up window has past etc.) may be subject to charge for the night you leave (if picking-up early) or subject to our late fee below (if extending your stay) at the discretion of SimplyPets. 

      A $25 late drop-off/pick-up fee will be charged for every 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up and drop-off time that you are late picking up or dropping off your dog(s) not to exceed $50. We understand there are emergencies and this can be discussed with us on a case by case basis.

      If your dog is not picked up by 1 hour after our last appointment (7pm, 7 days a week), your dog will be boarded for the night and you can pick-up at the next available appointment time the following day. Your account will be charged a boarding fee in addition to the $50 late pickup fee.

     

    Payment & Additional Charges

      We are now only accepting payment at drop-off. This can be made by cash or check (preferred) or by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. If you will be paying by one of the payment processing platforms please let us know at drop-off so we can be sure to connect you with our accounts.

      If you are looking to have have SimplyPets. pick-up or drop-off your dog(s) at your home a $10 fee applies per transport totalling $20 added to your service if you would like pick-up AND drop-off.

  • Simply Pets. Policies

    * Please Read and Initial Each Section. * Emergency Medical Care: If, in our judgment, your dog requires immediate medical care and we are unable to reach you, we will take your dog to a veterinarian or animal hospital.
  • *   By initialing here, you agree to be solely responsible for the payment of all medical bills for your dog and you release Simply Pets., its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, and employees of and from any and all responsibility for, or claims, damages, debts, arising out of or related to such medical care, including, but not limited to, transportation to/from the veterinary clinic and choice of Veterinarian and animal hospital.

  • *   Simply Pets. reserves the right to immediately change your dog’s type of boarding/daycare if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and well-being of your dog, other dogs, or our staff.    

  • *   All dogs must be healthy, and current on all vaccinations. You will be required to bring a copy of your dog’s updated vaccination records from your vet before you start daycare or board with us to ensure your dog’s safety as well as that of our existing Simply Pets. dogs. 

  • *   If your dog is exhibiting any symptoms that may suggest illness such as sneezing, coughing, wheezing, runny eyes or nose, vomiting, lethargy, or diarrhea, please do not bring your dog to daycare or boarding. 

  • *   I acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in day care and boarding, including but not limited to dog fights, dog bites to humans or other dogs, and the transmission of disease. Any medical expenses will be my responsibility and I release Simply Pets. of any charges.

  • *   We accept cash, or check (please note, there is a $25 returned check fee), or PayPal, and Venmo. Payment is due upon pickup of your dog. Simply Pets. reserves the right, without notice, to adjust its fees for services.

  • By submitting this form,
    A.    *   You indicate your agreement with all the terms listed hereof, B.   *   You release, indemnify, and agree to hold Simply Pets. harmless from any and all manner of damages, claims, loss, liabilities, costs or expenses, causes of actions or suits, whatsoever in law or equity, (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and related costs) arising out of or related to the services provided by Simply Pets., except which may arise from the sole gross negligence or intentional and willful misconduct of Simply Pets., including, without limitation, (i) any inaccuracy in any statement made by yourself or information provided by you to Simply Pets., (ii) your dog, including but not limited to destruction of property, dog bites, injury, and transmission of disease, and (iii) any action by yourself which is in breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement. C.   *   This agreement covers the current relationship between Simply Pets. and yourself. Each time you bring your dog to Simply Pets., you affirm the terms of this Agreement, and the truthfulness and accuracy of all statements you make in this Agreement.

    At Simply Pets., we strive to provide the most complete, fun, and nurturing care to all of our guests. In an effort to do so, we keep many products on hand to help enhance their stay. Some of these items may not be specifically labeled for use in dogs. Your approval below does not mean that your dog WILL get each item; it means that if we think it is necessary for your dog’s overall happiness or well being, we are allowed to provide it. Please read and initial choice.
