ONLINE REGISTRATION - ARTWORKS FESTIVAL

EVENT: ARTWORKS FESTIVAL 2023

TIME: 10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m.

LOCATION: 1718 BROADWAY AVE. DOWNTOWN MATTOON - HERITAGE PARK

BEFORE you register, please read the following requirements!

Art exhibits or sold product must be handmade or homemade.
Photographs of your work, goods and/or booth must be uploaded.
You MUST have your own canopy or shade, tables and chairs.
To reserve your space, this online registration form must be filled out.
Specify electric needs in the space below titled: "Any questions or needs?"
Set up and tear down times, plus logistics will be listed in a intro message from Janahn Kolden, Artworks Team Leader in March. (Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not believe you received an email).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY :

I understand that the Sponsors of the Artworks Festival, the Tourism & Arts Department, The Mattoon Arts Council and the City of Mattoon and anyone else associated with the management and presentation of the Artworks Festival, their members, employees and agents from any and all liability related to the Artworks Festival and release from responsibility for damage to property, theft, loss or personal injury.
