How does membership points work?

Instead of the common monetary or credit card way in getting service done for treatments, MyHB Center utilizes a points system.

From a MyHBC member’s perspective, points are linked to membership and are used to exchange for treatments.  Members are able to buy points at our online shopping store. Also the purchase of points include bonuses and flexibility to select any treatment listed at the store.

In all, the points system allows our members to optimize their treatments goal that is tailored exclusively to their needs, expectations, and schedules.      

 

How do I earn points?

The amount you invest dictates your membership level. There are also bonus points given during some events, as a membership perk. 

Can I cash in my points?

No. However, any points that you do have will be credited for future treatments. 

What are membership levels?

There are four levels available: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.  Each level, from Bronze to Platinum, elevates to a higher step that offers substantial benefit of cost saving for treatments.

How does the membership level correlates with points system?

The membership levels have weighted values that are associated with points.   They include bonus points which increase at higher membership levels:

-  Bronze level has a point-value 100% for every dollar that is  invested in treatments.

-  Silver level has a point-value of 105% for every dollar that is invested in treatments.

-  Gold level has a point-value of 110% for every dollar that is invested in treatments.

-  Platinum level has a point-value of 115% for every dollar that is invested in treatments.

 

Can I change the level of my membership at anytime?

Changing to a higher membership level can be done only at the time of the membership renewal date.

How are points applied for treatments?

Points can be applied by simply visiting our website to shop for the listed treatments. The items selected will be placed in the shopping cart, along with the calculated total of points. Once submitted to MyHBC for processing, a representative will be available on the day of your appointment to assist.

If I have no points, do I lose my membership?

No.    

 

If I don't renew membership, can I still use my points to shop for treatments?

Yes, until your points are used up.

 

Can I get treatments and not becoming a member?

Yes, as a guest.  A guest does not receive the benefits, discounts, giveaways, and bonuses that are regularly offered to those who are members.

How will I know the balance of my points that I have available?

You can go to MyHBC website and enter your passcode to view the balance of your points, as well as, other related information posted on the webpage.

truSculpt® flex is a personalized muscle sculpting treatment that adjusts to your fitness level, shape, and goals to strengthen, firm, and tone your muscles.

 

HOW LONG DOES A TREATMENT TAKE?

Up to two areas can be treated in one 45-minute session.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL BE NEEDED?

Results can be achieved with as little as six treatments. Additional treatments will be required to maintain the results.

 

IS THERE REALLY NO DOWNTIME?

Yes! truSculpt® flex is non-invasive, requires no recovery time.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Results can be visible after 8-12 weeks after the last treatment.

What is Xeo?

Xeo laser hair removal is a proven method for hair removal on all types of skin. It is a safe and effective procedure that eliminates the need for traditional forms of hair removal such as shaving, plucking, and waxing. Laser treatments work by destroying the hair that is in the active growth phase at the time of treatment. Since other hairs will enter this active growth phase at different times, additional treatments may be necessary to destroy all the hair follicles in a given area.

Should I shave prior to my laser hair treatment?

Shave 24-48 hours prior to appointment.

How many treatments will I need?

Most areas require 4-6 treatments. However, the number of treatments required for optimal long-term benefits depends on multiple factors – hair thickness, the area treated, and your hair’s growth cycle. 

What happens after the treatment?

Immediately following your treatment, the area may appear a bit red and swollen. Three to seven days after treatment you may experience what seems to be regrowth of hair. Actually, most of these hairs are being shed as a result of your treatment and are not regrowing. Between treatments, you should not wax or pluck your hair, but it is permissible to shave. (Plucking or waxing removes the entire hair shaft, which removes the vehicle for the laser to work).

 

Are there any restrictions on my activity after treatment?

Following the treatment, you can return to your normal activities right away, but some redness may occur. The use of sunscreen is recommended on any treated areas exposed to the sun. Ideally, patients will avoid sun exposure to the treated area for 7 days and avoid sun expose and hot tub.

 

What is truSculpt iD?

truSculpt iD is a non-surgical, fat reduction, body sculpting technique that allows you to achieve the silhouette you want without the pain of surgery, and no down time.

 

How long is treatment itself?

Each treatment takes 15 minutes.

Is there downtime?

No.

Does it take more than one treatment?

Yes.  Most places can be treated in a single treatment but large areas of higher fat may take more than one treatment, spaced 8-12 weeks apart.

When can I see results?

Final results are visiable in 12 weeks after final treatments.

What is the MonaLisa Touch®?

MonaLisa Touch is an FDA approved CO2 laser that can be use without anesthesia or downtime for ablative skin resurfacing including pelvic skin for tone, texture, and/or discoloration.

How does the MonaLisa Touch® work?

The laser energy creates miniaturized wounds in the vaginal wall tissue, stimulating the body’s natural healing response. This results in the production of new collagen, which leads to increased moisture and elasticity.

How long does the MonaLisa Touch® procedure take?

The procedure itself takes less than five minutes. However, you will need to allow additional time for numbing cream to be applied before the procedure.

How many MonaLisa Touch® treatments will I need?

Most women will need three initial treatments spaced six weeks apart. At least 1 maintenance treatment will be needed 12-18 months after the initial 3 treatments.

What can I expect after a MonaLisa Touch® treatment?

You may experience some mild soreness and discharge immediately after the procedure, but this should resolve within 48 hours. Avoid warm baths and hottubs for 48 hours. Follow post treatment guidelines. 

How long will the results of the MonaLisa Touch® last?

The results of the MonaLisa Touch® are long-lasting but not permanent. You may need occasional touch-up treatments every year or two to maintain optimal results based upon the skin condition.

Does insurance cover the MonaLisa Touch®?

No.

HOW MANY SECRET RF OR LASER GENSIS TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

Patients typically need 3-6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results. Most patients report seeing improvement after the second treatment however results are optimized 3 months after the last treatment.

HOW LONG DOES A TREATMENT LAST?

Results vary based on the individual. To maintain Secret RF results, maintenance treatments are recommended every 6-18 months.

To maintain Laser Genesis results, maintenance treatments are recommended every 6-12 months.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY PROCEDURE?

After the treatment, an ointment will be applied to the skin and you will be asked to refrain from wearing make up for several hours. Any minor redness or swelling resulting from treatment will subside within 12-24 hours. After the treatment, you can expect to return to normal activities.
