Primal Puppy Goldendoodle Application

Welcome To Our

Eligibility Questionnaire for Dog Adoption
Our adoption fee is $1500 with a $500 deposit due within 48 hours your application being approved for active litters. This deposit is non-refundable and will secure your pup.

Breeding right will be offered upon a case by case basis with an additional charge and contract addendum. We will be happy to go over those situplations with you if this an area you are interested.

The deposit will go toward the total balance due. Once your application has been approved, for active littters, we will send you the contract via email, where you will reply back with "I acknowledge and accept the terms of this contract." You will then print the contract, sign it, and then scan and return via email. We will then send instructions on how to send payment for deposit.

Puppies can be shipped for an additional charge with our Concierge flight services (Email or Text us to inquire about pricing). No third party services are allowed at this time.

Dog Nutrition
Our puppies eat a complete raw diet. This is the best possible way to assure excellent immunity. Your puppy will be given about a weeks worth of food upon pick up. From there we are hoping you will continue this type of feeding, though not required.

If you aren't educated or are nervous about making your own dogs food, no worries. We will provide you with our step by step Feed Primal course we have put together. If by chance this lifestyle is not what you are equip to handle at this time, we will help you figure out the next best food options for you new puppy.

You will also receive access into our VIP group where we will help you along your journey raising your puppy as natural as possible with our guidance and expertise.

Goldendoodle Hygiene & Additional Expense:

If you are getting a Goldendoodle and you do not fill out the next three questions your application will be denied.
Goldendoodles require regular grooming and maintenance. This includes hair cuts, bathing, and nail trimming.
