In season strength training can be hard to complete if not programmed correctly. However, it is a critical component of your weekly training in order to stay strong and injury free throughout the season.
This is an opportunity to experience what is like to complete sport specific strength and conditioning whilst in season. Learn how to minimise muscle soreness and fatigue while still getting stronger and performing at your absolute best!
Our aim:
Our aim is to provide a year-round strength and conditioning program specific to your individual needs, goals, strengths AND weaknesses. Not only do we provide peroidised programming tailored to where you're at within your sporting season, we strive to keep you performing at your best whilst keeping you strong and reducing the likelihood of injury.
What's involved:
- 3 x 1 hour group sessions (valued at $95).
- Individualised programming via our programming app (Train Heroic)
- Constant feedback through face-to-face coaching.
- Tracking of training data via the app to ensure progression.
- Nutritional guidance (if requested).
Covering all athletic qualities such as:
- Strength
- Power
- Endurance
- Speed
- Plyometrics
- Change of direction
- Acceleration / Deceleration
- Sprint mechanics
- Jumping/landing
- Injury prevention
