• Agent Application (Phase One)

  • Thank you for your interest in the American Leage of Heroes (TALOH). This form is for volunteers who would like to join this growing volunteer network. Anyone 16 or above can apply for an agent account. Joining TALOH is free of charge.

    Please fill out this form completely and honestly to apply for an acount. Your account will allow you to report on your service activities and recieve rewards for your work.

    Once you have completed and submitted this form, your application will be sent to our staff. You will later be notified via email if your application is accepted. If accepted, you will be added to a list of interested volunteers who are ready to serve. You will be notified concerning local service activities where you can join other agents. In order to advance your rank with TALOH, you will need to join our service activites and fill out a service report form. You will then be able to view your point score climb on our website.   • Your code name is an alternative identification you may use as an agent of TALOH. This allows our agents to perform their acts of service, interact on the website, and so forth without having their full names public. Many members, however, often use their code name as well as their full name on the site.

  • In order to make future changes to information you give on this form, you will need to write us a message with your agent number (given you in a later email), name and password. Please create a password you will remember so that you can request changes made to your profile in the future.

  • Your profile picture will be posted next to your name (and/or code name) as part of your agent profile. Your profile will be seen by all other users of the site, and therefore should be appropriate for all visitors. (If your profile picture is deemed innapropriate by our staff, your application will be rejected.)

  • On your profile page, other agents will be able to see your name and a list of all of your service activitiones (or "Missions"). There your name and picture will also be displayed, along with a short introduction of yourself. For this next entry, please write a few sentences introducing yourself to our community. You can talk about what led you to join TALOH, your background, why you want to make a difference, etc. You can also describe your likes, tasts and other fun facts about yourself.   • An important part of TALOH's mission is to make the world a better place for future generations. One way this is accomplished is through providing some information about our activities and our members to scientific researchers. This information helps in a wide range of important studies. The following questions concern your own demegraphic and social classifications. The questions of this section are all optional, and do not affect your eligability to join TALOH or enjoy the benefits or programs therein.
