Our donation collection officers have full discretion on the suitability of donated goods. Collection officers may refuse to take items for reasons that may incude but are not limited to...
- Goods are not as described above
- Goods are not in a suitable condition for reuse
- Goods are not located on the ground floor
- Goods are too heavy for collection officers to handle (due to OH&S reasons)
- There is nobody at the collection site to assist the collection officer(s)
