Any maintenance repairs must be reported to Facilities Director during weekdays and business hours. All repairs will be answered during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 to 5) unless an emergency occurs. A non-functioning A/C is not an emergency.

2. Exposed live electrical (ex: exterior power line down)
