Please allow at least 2 weeks notice for scheduling & planning. Late reservations will be accommodated based on availability.

Vehicle Drivers: Vehicle drivers must be approved by Field Operations. Please contact themt at 928.350.2302 for driver & training requirements .

Vehicle Pickup: Please plan to pick up your vehicle at the Field Operations Warehouse the day of your departure. If you plan to leave campus on the weekend or before 9:00 am please contact the Transportation Coordinator (Steve Munsell).

Field Trip Cancellations: Please notify Field Operations of any date changes or cancellations immediately.

All vehicles must be CLEAN inside and out, and full of fuel upon return. Please return receipts and van notebooks in the transportation/itinerary box at Field Operations. Please help us track any vehicle issues by checking the items outlined on the vehicle check-in sheet and report issues to Field Ops.

Local (tri-city) single day use rate: $40/day + $.40/mi

Non-Local & Multi-day rate: $80/day + $.40/mi

Van Rental Terms

By submitting this vehicle request, I understand and acknowledge the budget implications to my department and have received the approval of my budget authority for said vehicle use. I also understand charges for vehicle use will be based on the information submitted on my completed vehicle trip forms.

Please Note: Costs associated with repairs for vehicle damages, vehicle abuse or negligence will also be the responsibility of the user department.
