  • After familiarizing with the program, rights, obligations, and objectives of APA, in accordance with applicable law, your terms, statute, and regulations, I request to join as active/official member of the Auxiliary Police Association APA and to be provided with the relevant documentation by this Association as defined in its Statute for members. 

    NOTE:

    For all candidates, to join the APA as Official Member, the applicant must have a clean criminal record and must be over 18 years old.

    Anyone who has or had final convictions for an intentional crime may not be part of the APA indisputably.

    The members sent for trial for the willful crime, or subjected to measures restricting personal freedom, are suspended from the status of Official Member until the defined decision from the law enforcement institutions.

    The processing of personal data will be in accordance with law n. 2016/679 GDPR EU General Data Protection Regulation of European Union on the protection of personal data".

    False statement causes criminal liability and your exclusion from any further proceedings.

  • The membership includes a membership certificate, laminated plastic ID, badge wallet, pins, and sticker for car windows that will be shipped to your residential address.

  • I declare under full responsibility:

    • That I have not been convicted of any criminal offense and that no investigation or criminal proceedings are being conducted against me.
    • That I am aware that the APA, is an international NGO Non-Profit and (Non-Governmental Organization) registered under the laws in order.
    • That I am familiar with the program of the organization.
    • That I am familiar with the rules on membership badges.
    • That I am aware that the membership badge is regulated by the statute as a membership card of a promotional character and the rulebook.
    • That the membership badge does not represent a Governmental document of the Ministry of Interior, Law enforcement Agencies, or other security services around the world.
    • That the purpose of the membership badge is of a promotional nature and to serve to confirm the membership at the activities or rallies organized by the APA as well as when applying for discounts that the members have available in certain companies.
    • That in the case of initiating criminal proceedings against me, I will return the membership
      badge to the organization until the end of the proceedings.
    • That I am aware that the territorially competent Police Station will be notified of the eventual termination of membership.
    • That I am aware of the fact that in case of termination of membership on any grounds, the data from my membership card will be found in the records of the site on invalid membership documents, will be published on the official website of APA and on the social networks of the Association.
    • That I am obliged to return the badge to the organization if my membership is terminated for reasons which are contrary to the laws, the statute and the regulation of the Association as well as the act of oath
    • That the above is presented to me in a language I understand.

    I declare under my sole responsibility that all the above data are true and in accordance with the legislation in force. Part of my self-declaration is also all other technical documents, as instructed by the APA.

    I declare that the information provided by me is true and I authorize the verification of their authenticity by the Auxiliary Police Association APA.

  • ACT OF COOPERATION AND OATH (Juratory)

  • GENERAL PROVISIONS

    The (Juratory) is an agreement between the Association and the members on which the reciprocal obligations to them are set, the instructions for their participation and contribution to this Association, the manner and use of the Association's name and the oath will not use the name of the Association for profit purposes and will not abuse the task they will have.

    THE PURPOSE OF THE ACT OF COOPERATION AND OATH (Juratory)

    This Act aims to regulate the relationships between the parties involved in the cooperation.

    1. Determine the duties, rights and mutual obligations of the parties, confirm and develop cooperation on the basis of mutual correctness.
    2. To regulate the economic and social relations stemming from this cooperation.

    General obligations of MEMBERS

    1. To respect APA's general and specific regulations and guidelines.
    2. To give his financial contribution determined in advance in accordance with the Statute of APA for the membership.
    3. Give his / her professional contribution in accordance with the APA Statute and Program.
    4. To not use the name of APA for profit and wrongdoing purposes in contravention of legislation and laws in force.
    5. To not abuse the task and the skills that can be at APA.
    6. Take part in APA's activity whenever you receive notice (exclusion of cases of impossibility for different reasons).
    7. To commit with dedication and faithfulness the task that can take on APA.
    8. Maintain confidentiality and not sell APA's information.
    9. In case of removal from APA, must make a written request at least 1 (one) month in advance deposit it together with the Identification Document received by APA.

    General obligations of APA

    1. Respects and protects the personality of the member in cooperation reports.
    2. Organizes trainings for the Member in the field of its activity.
    3. Orientates and activates the Member in its activities.
    4. Create for the Member a special folder where all his/her documents are deposited protected by privacy.
    5. Equip the Member with the relevant documentation
      1. Membership Certificate
      2. Membership Card
      3. Certificates of participation in trainings developed by APA.
    6. Take measures to reach the APA Member in case of violation of this Juratory.

     

    Provision of discipline to the Member

    Disciplinary measure

    • Remark warning is intended to advise and warn the member of further grievous disciplinary action in the event of repeated misdemeanor up to his disqualification from the APA, in cases of repeated infringement of the misuse of the APA name and powers.
    • The determination of the disciplinary measure shall take into account the causes and significance of the disciplinary violation, the degree of guilt and the circumstances in which the violation was committed, its consequences, the conduct of the general and individual assessment resulting in the
      performance of his duty.
    • When the violation is of a gross nature and where the Member has been able to conduct an activity that is contrary to the law, the APA shall take measures to report the offense and submit the Member to the organs of justice

    JURATORY

    The member after being acquainted with the Statute, Program, and Objectives of APA, as well as this Act, swears that:

    • I will not use the name of APA for profit or wrongdoing purposes that are in violation of applicable legislation and laws.
    • I will not abuse the duty I will have at APA and will preserve the professional and organizational secrecy of this Association.
    • I will contribute professionally and with dedication to the accomplishment of my tasks and APA Objectives
    • I will refrain and respect the APA Statute and its Objectives.
    • I will refrain and I will respect this Act and every point in it.
      I swear by the above that I will be correct and will respect the laws of my country and those International, and will preserve the name and image of the APA with dignity and loyalty.
