GENERAL PROVISIONS
The (Juratory) is an agreement between the Association and the members on which the reciprocal obligations to them are set, the instructions for their participation and contribution to this Association, the manner and use of the Association's name and the oath will not use the name of the Association for profit purposes and will not abuse the task they will have.
THE PURPOSE OF THE ACT OF COOPERATION AND OATH (Juratory)
This Act aims to regulate the relationships between the parties involved in the cooperation.
- Determine the duties, rights and mutual obligations of the parties, confirm and develop cooperation on the basis of mutual correctness.
- To regulate the economic and social relations stemming from this cooperation.
General obligations of MEMBERS
- To respect APA's general and specific regulations and guidelines.
- To give his financial contribution determined in advance in accordance with the Statute of APA for the membership.
- Give his / her professional contribution in accordance with the APA Statute and Program.
- To not use the name of APA for profit and wrongdoing purposes in contravention of legislation and laws in force.
- To not abuse the task and the skills that can be at APA.
- Take part in APA's activity whenever you receive notice (exclusion of cases of impossibility for different reasons).
- To commit with dedication and faithfulness the task that can take on APA.
- Maintain confidentiality and not sell APA's information.
- In case of removal from APA, must make a written request at least 1 (one) month in advance deposit it together with the Identification Document received by APA.
General obligations of APA
- Respects and protects the personality of the member in cooperation reports.
- Organizes trainings for the Member in the field of its activity.
- Orientates and activates the Member in its activities.
- Create for the Member a special folder where all his/her documents are deposited protected by privacy.
- Equip the Member with the relevant documentation
- Membership Certificate
- Membership Card
- Certificates of participation in trainings developed by APA.
- Take measures to reach the APA Member in case of violation of this Juratory.
Provision of discipline to the Member
Disciplinary measure
- Remark warning is intended to advise and warn the member of further grievous disciplinary action in the event of repeated misdemeanor up to his disqualification from the APA, in cases of repeated infringement of the misuse of the APA name and powers.
- The determination of the disciplinary measure shall take into account the causes and significance of the disciplinary violation, the degree of guilt and the circumstances in which the violation was committed, its consequences, the conduct of the general and individual assessment resulting in the
performance of his duty.
- When the violation is of a gross nature and where the Member has been able to conduct an activity that is contrary to the law, the APA shall take measures to report the offense and submit the Member to the organs of justice
JURATORY
The member after being acquainted with the Statute, Program, and Objectives of APA, as well as this Act, swears that:
- I will not use the name of APA for profit or wrongdoing purposes that are in violation of applicable legislation and laws.
- I will not abuse the duty I will have at APA and will preserve the professional and organizational secrecy of this Association.
- I will contribute professionally and with dedication to the accomplishment of my tasks and APA Objectives
- I will refrain and respect the APA Statute and its Objectives.
- I will refrain and I will respect this Act and every point in it.
I swear by the above that I will be correct and will respect the laws of my country and those International, and will preserve the name and image of the APA with dignity and loyalty.
