I also understand that if Miracles for Mutts deems that I am unfit to continuing fostering at any time I will return the pet to Miracles for Mutts immediately. I agree that neither myself or anyone in my home has been subject to legal action for cruelty or neglect of animals. I agree neither myself or anyone in my home have ever owned an animal which was confiscated by animal control or any other law enforcment agency for violations of state or local animal control regulations.
