Return/Credit Policy: If an error has been made by the NLN, unused test products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from date the order was received. Neither a credit nor refund will be issued after the 30th day. If the discrepancy is on the part of the customer, a credit request for test products must be received within 30 days from the order date; then the customer will be refunded the full amount of their order.
