Dash for disaABILITIES Superhero 5K, disABILITIES Walk, and Roll - Heroes for a Cause.

Rock’n Our Disabilities is a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing support to families and individuals with special needs. 

We are holding our 4th Annual Superhero 5K Walk & Roll with vendors on Saturday, April 29th; check-in starts at 7:15 am, and walking starts at 8:30 am through 10:00 am at Hesperia Civic Plaza Park.

Register on our website. The cost is $25.00 per adult (unless you require a bigger shirt size.) and $15 (unless you need a bigger shirt size.) for kids ages 5 to 15. Registration includes a goody bag and a free T-Shirt if pre-registered by 4/1/2023.

Join us for a fun-filled day of activities and support an important cause in your community. We provide free-of-charge community-building events, recreational and arts programs, a food bank for special needs and disabled families, educational workshops, skill-building classes, and other activities.

I know that participating [volunteering for] in this event is potentially a hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and am in good health, and am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of an event official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the event and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with walking or rolling in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic, and the conditions of the path, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or roller blades, and animals are not allowed in the event and I will abide by all event rules. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Rock'n Our Disabilities Dash for disABILITIES Superhero Walk & Roll, the Hesperia Recreation and Park District, and the City of Hesperia, and all event sponsors, their representatives, and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, video, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that this event does not provide for refunds in the event of a cancellation, and by signing this waiver, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund if the event is canceled before or during the event.
