    *Those interested in being a FOOD VENDOR will need to apply by emailing food@cincinnatipride.org- Food vendors will not be accepted after April 30, 2023.

    Third party event registrations will not be accepted.  All registrants must be a part of the business/organizations they are registering for/representing.

    The mission of Cincinnati Pride is to provide the Greater Cincinnati LGBT community and our allies a forum celebrating and affirming our individuality and importance to the Greater Cincinnati Area by giving expression to our community's rich history and diversity and renewing our dedication to promoting acceptance of all individuals regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression. 

    We provide information, and support local economic growth by partnering with the community to attract individuals to the Greater Cincinnati area, collaborate with other organizations through outreach programs, citizen involvement, events, and educational resources to those inside and outside of the LGBT community.

                                        • PLEASE READ:

                                          Festival spots are based on a 10'x10' space. For vendors bringing RVs or trucks, please measure your vehicle and sign up for the number of spaces needed (e.g. an RV measuring 27 ft. will require 3 spaces).

                                          Placement in the Festival & Parade is at the sole discretion of the planning committee. Due to the size of this event, special requests cannot be guaranteed to be honored, and no refund will be issued due to requests not being met.

                                          Each Festival registrant will be provided one 8x2.5 table, and 2 chairs, for the duration of the festival. Additional tables/chairs may be rented with your registration.

                                          All sales are final. If we need to cancel this year's event for any reason, full refunds and communication will be provided to our sponsors, vendors and supporters as soon as possible.

                                          If you have any trouble, please contact info@cincinnatipride.org before finalizing payment. The 2023 Pride Committee reserves the right to decline any application. If your application has been declined but payment has been processed, you will receive a refund within 60 days.
