    Terminal Details for Registering your ATM in Switch Commerce
  • Step 8- Register Your ATM Machine

    This form is for how your terminal will be set up in your back office of Switch Commerce.  

    We use this form to:

    • Create One NEW Terminal
    • Update One existing terminal, including surcharge fee change.

    If you need multiple terminals set up or updated, please submit a new form for each ATM.

    This form MUST be submitted before scheduling the final ATM Activation call.

  • Important:


    Always select the correct make and model of your ATM. If the information doesn’t match your actual machine, the terminal will not connect properly, and the ATM will not function.

  • Bill Denomination Notice


    Please choose your bill denomination carefully. ATMs can dispense only one bill type (e.g., $20s). Once your denomination is set and the Master Keys are entered, it cannot be changed without entering a new set of Master Key Codes.

    If you change the denomination in the machine after activation, the existing master key codes will be erased and the ATM will become inoperable. This will require a new tech call and new Master Key Codes to be entered.

  • About Merchant Docs

    If you would like your merchant to be set up on monthly auto pay through Switch Commerce then additional documents are required and need to be filled out by the merchant and sent in from you to admin@highcountryatm.com for set up. 

    Docs needed:

    • ACH Form   Filled out by merchant
    • W9              Filled out by merchant
    • Copy of MERCHANTS voided check

    These documents can be found in Skool to download, print and provide to your merchant to fill out. 

    Please check them for accuracy and completion before sending them to us.  

    If processing does not receive these docs, your merchant will not be set up on auto pay and it will be your responsibility to pay your merchant directly.

  • If you selected “YES” above, your ATM already has its Terminal ID and Master Keys entered. This means:

    • You do NOT need new keys
    • You do NOT need a new Terminal ID
    • You do NOT need an Activation Call
      …unless you are changing the bill denomination.

    Once you submit this form, our processing team will update the terminal details in your back office. After that, you will need to:

    • Update the welcome message on the ATM screen
    • Update the receipt headers (use your configuration sheet as a guide)

    The processing team will email you to confirm that everything is updated, and you are good to go install your ATM.

    Important:
    If you are changing the bill denomination, you will need a new set of Master Keys.

  • If this is a New ATM, your next step is to schedule an Activation Call.

    You can schedule that call in Skool in Step 9: Schedule ATM Activation Call, as long as your ATM is completed with the initial programming.

    If this is an Update Terminal, we will update the terminal name, address, phone number and the surcharge fee on our end.  You can update the welcome message and the receipt header directly in the machine to the new location.

    Once you press SUBMIT, this form will automatically be sent to us.

    Please allow us 24 business hours to create or update your terminal. 

    An email of confirmation will be sent once received and completed.
