Welcome to my custom tattoo proposal form!
Please take your time filling everything out accurately. This form will remain open until I have no space left to fill in my schedule. You can expect a response within roughly 2 weeks, possibly longer depending on the amount of proposals I have to get through. Describe your tattoo idea in detail. Please include any and all relevant information about what you're looking for in your piece. The more details you can provide, the better! Vague proposals are tricky to accept and will most likely be turned down. Try to be as clear as possible so I know what you're expecting from me :)

Please list any accessibility needs you'd like me to be aware of. Note - my current work space at Angels Collective is on the second floor with a staircase. If this presents any issues, we can do your tattoo at another studio, just ask!

Please also include a picture of the area you'd like the tattoo if it's important to the layout of the design.
