Hotel reservations must be placed directly with Embassy Suites by Louisville Downtown by January 26, 2024 to guarantee a room. However, this can end if rooms fill so please make sure to do this as soon as possible. Please reserve here or call 1-888-728-3025 and use reference code 91B when booking. Room requests after January 26 are subject to availability. We are not required to use this hotel, and if you find a better option, there is no penalty to KYMATYC if you choose to do so.

If you wish to complete the registration form online you can use the KYMATYC website at http://ky.matyc.org/conference.html. Currently, we do not have the ability to process credit cards but if this option opens, we will add it to the website.
