- If you earned a Jacket or Vest (ROC, Senior Elite, Top Rating) your shipping cost is $11.00 per award recipeint.
- If you earned a Jacket or Vest and any other item (buckle, bracelet, bridle set, breast collar set) your shipping cost will still be $11.00 total per award recipient.
