Please PRINT OUT and KEEP the above Terms & Conditions for future reference. It contains IMPORTANT and USEFUL information such as SetUp/TearDown/Venue/Liability/Meals/Etc.

• BOOTH: Your Booth MUST be manned for the full 2-day duration of the Convention (8am-6pm both days)
• BOOTH ASSIGNMENT: You will be notified of Booth assignments upon check-in at the registration table. All exhibit space and placement is at the discretion of Cleveland Right to Life, which reserves the right to change the floor plan, without notice, in order to comply with fire, safety, and accessibility regulations or to provide a safer, more satisfactory, attractive, and successful Convention. CRTL will make every effort, but cannot guarantee that an organization exhibiting similar products will not be located in a nearby or adjoining booth space.
• TABLE SWAPPING/SHARING: There is to be no table "swapping," sharing, or splitting without the express permission of Cleveland Right to Life. Placing another organization's materials on your table is permissible, but compliance with these terms and conditions remains the responsibility of the approved exhibitor, and the ad space and "signage" must reflect the identity of the approved exhibitor.
• NO SUITCASING: Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles or other public areas during the Convention (this includes the selling of RAFFLE TICKETS and PETITION SIGNING, which may be done at the exhibitor's booth only).
• CHECK-IN: All exhibitors must check in at the Registration Table located in the Atrium to receive table assignment, exhibitor name badge(s), program booklets, registration bags, and any meal passes purchased.
• SET-UP/TEAR-DOWN: Booth Set-Up begins at 6AM on FRIDAY. Exhibitors will be provided with a 6FT table and Linens. Tear-Down: All items must be removed by 10PM on SATURDAY.
• PASSES: Names must only be provided for all persons manning the booth who will be issued one of your complimentary speakers-only passes. Admittance to presentations is by name badge only. NOTE: You do NOT need a pass to simply man the booth, only to attend presentations.
• MEALS: Meals are not included in the exhibitor package, but can be purchased online. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring in your own food, the hotel has a coffee shop/restaurant, and there are numerous fast food options in the vicinity.
• VENUE: Cleveland Embassy Suites, 5800 Rockside Woods Blvd, Independence, OH 44131. There is ample parking available at the hotel. Exhibitors should enter through the north (right) side "Ballroom" doors--Look for the entrance with the awning.
• LIABILITY: Cleveland Right to Life is not responsible for anything exhibitors or their personnel may bring into the hotel. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing any security necessary for their exhibit. Any damage to the hotel or exhibit hall by an exhibitor or their personnel will be the sole responsibility of the Approved Exhibitor causing the damage. The exhibitor agrees not to hold Cleveland Right to Life liable for any loss, damage, or claim (including personal injury/death and property damage/loss) resulting from their participation in this event.
• ADDITIONAL REQUESTS: If you have any additional/special requests, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you within the constraints of the facilities at our disposal.
• CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: A partial (50%) refund will be given for cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be issued within the 3 weeks prior to the start of the event.
• BREACH: Breach of any of the terms or conditions without prior notice and approval (such as leaving your booth vacant on either/both days) may result in a forfeit of exhibition opportunity for the following year or longer at the discretion of Cleveland Right to Life.
• VALUES: Any organization displaying or advocating values contrary to that of Cleveland Right to Life Education, Inc. will be asked to leave the event immediately and prohibited from exhibiting in the future.
• RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED: Cleveland Right to Life Education, Inc. reserves the right to deny or remove exhibitors at any time and for any reason.
