I hereby apply for membership in
UNITED DOG SPORTS of NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND, Inc.

I agree to support the following objectives of the Club:

To encourage and promote the best interests of dogs and their owners in all
endeavors;
To hold licensed UKC events that will be run in accordance with the rules,
policies, and procedures of the United Kennel Club.
To dismiss from our membership without hesitation those who violate these by-laws and the principles of good sportsmanship and fair and honest conduct.
To exhibit and encourage in others true sportsmanship in all events.
To hold a variety of activities which showcase the abilities of canines, including, but not limited to conformation and performance events.
To aid in the education of pet owners, breeders, competitors, and the general public regarding the true character, temperament, and capabilities of all dogs.

Applicants must attend two meetings or events or combination thereof and secure two sponsors to be considered for membership.

Individual Membership: Individual membership for someone over the age of 18, $20 application fee
Family Membership: Two or more members residing in the same household, $30 application fee
Junior Membership: Individual membership for someone under the age of 18, no fee
Open enrollment is January 1-31 and does not require prior attendance to meetings or events, two sponsors are still required, $25 application fee

Application fees are non-refundable and will be applied toward your first-year membership dues upon acceptance.
