AZCI MAKER'S WAREHOUSE & DELIVERIES

The Maker's Warehouse has volunteer opportunities throughout the week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9am-12pm. Volunteers will be doing various tasks: Building beds, desk, dressers or bedding bags. There is also seasonal items that need sorting and organizing for ongoing AZ Community Impact projects. 

The first Saturday of every month the Maker's Warehouse has delivery opportunities for items to be distributed from AZCI. We will offer delivery of requested resource items that social services/organizations do not have the ability to deliver. Delivery items could include: beds, matteresses, furniture, housewares, cleaning or hygience products. This will benefit our daily resource request program.

Below is a list of dates available for volunteers to serve. Please indicate which dates by entering the amount of volunteers you will have in your immediate party. 

The Maker's Warehouse(MW): 14900 W VanBuren St., Building I

Most volunteer opportunities/deliveries will be hosted out of this location unless indicated in the description.

 

I am aware of the dangers of attending this event on this particular date. I promise not to hold AZ Community Impact, its officers, agents, or employees liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves them of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before to, during, or after the activity.

I, the volunteer agree to hold AZ Community Impact or completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances. I will do all in my power to obey the volunteer staff and all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.

I hereby attest that my attendance and involvement in such activities is voluntary, that I am participating at my own risk and that I have read the foregoing terms and conditions of this release. I understand in the case of accident or injury that my health insurance is the primary insurance coverage.

I hereby confirm, represent and warrant that I have never been charged with or convicted of any crime involvling or relating to child abuse, neglect, child pornography, child abduction, or any other violent offense, including kidnapping, domestic violence, rape or any sexual offense, or who have ever been ordered by a court to receive psychiatric or psychological treatment in connection therewith.

I consent to and authorize the use of my image (either still or motion picture), voice, and/or likeness by AZ Community Impact through any media now and in the future. I understand that I will receive no compensation in connection with the use of my image which includes appearing in video, audio recording, photographs, written articles, or on websites and social media sites for promotional purposes.
