Artist Tables are reserved for Artists. We ask that 8' tables be reserved for product (comic) vendors.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Tables must be prepaid in 5 business days from the date acceptence email were sent, so spaces and table locations can be reserved. Half tables may be available depending on demand, please inquire. There is a two table limit unless otherwise approved. No table refunds so please check your schedules ahead of payment. Show dates are subject to change but we do our best to not change the dates of our shows.

We plan to publish a list of vendors on the group page, likely before you receive the email, on the same day that emails are sent out. This will begin informing people about who will be at the show. We'll update the list as necessary over time.

Wall space can be requested, but is not guaranteed and is limited. Due to store windows being in front of the tables, windows of mall tenants can not be covered for the show.
Electricity access is limited, but available.
Vendors/Dealers are responsible for any appropriate state or local taxes incurred.
Vendors/Dealers are encouraged to contact us with ideas on how to improve the show. We will update you immediately of any news (via email or other), so you are prepared for a successful show.

Table/Booth space may be identified by tape or other temporary identifiers on the floor, we request for fairness that you do not go past the tables provided. Name Cards will be on each table identifing the vendor for setup purposes.

This is a family friendly show in a small shopping mall area. Adult and perceived offensive material are not allowed. Even if it has collectible nostalgia (Includes Playboys and anything similar).
Collectible weapons such as swords, daggers, throwing ninja stars, etc. are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of everyone. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
Hi-Score Video Games has mall exclusivity Video Games of any platform, TV Shows or Theatrical Movies on Blu-Ray, DVD, or VHS. Per Valley Creek Mall Policy No Vendor/Dealer is allowed to have these.
