Jardine's Alley Lights Activation Request Details
Approval for the usage of Jardine's Alley lights is on a first-come, first-serve bases and is at the discretion of Uptown Saint John Inc.
- Preference will be given to not-for-profits.
- Two weeks (minimum) notice of the request to activate Jardine's Alley lights must be given before the activation date.
- Only activation requests for significant dates, events, and/or activities that impact the general uptown population will be considered for approval.
- The standard activation time period request is for 7 days (additional time may be considered at the discretion of Uptown Saint John Inc.)
- Requests should be for solid colours only. The exact colours of lights may vary and will be matched as closely as possible (special requests may be considered).

Approval for the usage of Jardine's Alley music is on a first-come, first-serve bases and is at the discretion of Uptown Saint John Inc.
- The standard activation time period (hours or days) request for music will be determined for each request—consideration at the discretion of Uptown Saint John Inc.
- Standard time music is played from 9:00am-5:00pm daily
- Requests should be for 1 to 10 songs available to stream from Spotify. (special requests may be considered).
- Preference will be given to not-for-profits.
