General Release: By clicking Yes, I hereby and forever discharge the ART IN THE PARK FESTIVAL of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, from any loss or damage to my property, while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of the ART IN THE PARK FESTIVAL, its agents, representatives or employees. This also applies to all city entities and its' employees.
Booth acceptance is based on, but not limited to the following: previous history with us, our desire to offer an assortment of booths and completion of all required documentation. Mandan Progress Organization reserves the right to deny or accept an applicant for any reason. Returning vendors are given a priority but are not guaranteed a spot or the same location as previous years if accepted. Must have a physical U.S. address to apply.
Once your application is submitted, please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your acceptance/declining email. Email will be the primary mode of communication. If your email address changes, it is your responsibility to notify us. Special requests (such as booth placement) are not guaranteed, but are considered in accordance with the date the application was received. A 50 lb. weight is required for every 10 booth feet. No stakes allowed in park grass.
Payment must be received 30 days after your registration is submitted. If payment not received, registration will be canceled.
The Art in the Park Festival Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.
