By clicking the submit button, I agree to Purrfect Cat Rescue Inc.'s adoption policy and process. Applications will be reviewed not only in the order they were recieved, but by the best fit for the animal. Purrfect Cat Rescue Inc. has the right to deny adoption to anyone for any reason.

By clicking the submit button, I agree that I am over 21 and will provide identification proving my date of birth and address. If my identification does not reflect my current address, I agree to provide separate proof of residency such as a lease or utility bill.
By clicking the submit button, I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adoption of a cat from Purrfect Cat Rescue Inc. and that it is tax deductible according to IRS 501(c)3 guidelines. I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet. I understand this fee is not refundable.
By clicking the submit button, I understand there is no "trial" period, and that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify Purrfect Cat Rescue Inc. BY EMAIL AND PHONE CALL and provide a 14 day period, after confirmed contact, to allow Purrfect Cat Rescue Inc. to make arrangents for my pet to be taken back into rescue. This is a home based foster program, we do not have a separate building for cats to return to. Arrangements must be made in advanced.

Adoption fees may vary, but are generally $175 for one kitten (under 1 year old) and $100 for an adult (over 1 year old). There are discounts for adopting more than one cat at a time, FIV positive kitties, seniors, and special case kitties that may need some extra TLC.

Purrfect Cat Rescue Inc.'s cats all come with/have recieved:

Spayed or neutered
Rabies vaccinated
At least two doses of the FVRCP vaccine
Dewormed
Flea Treated
Microchipped
NFVS certificate to waive the exam fee of their first vet visit
Full history to best of our knowledge
