Terms and Conditions for Picture Day Time Slot Booking
1. Booking Confirmation
By booking a Picture Day time slot, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Each 30-minute time slot will accommodate up to 4 individuals (students, families, or other participants) to ensure a smooth and efficient photography session.
2. Arrival and Check-In
Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time slot to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling, subject to availability, or forfeiture of the slot.
3. Number of Participants per Slot
Each time slot is designed to accommodate 4 participants, with dedicated staff members to ensure a seamless experience. If you require special accommodations (e.g., sibling portraits, group photos), please inform us at the time of booking.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your time slot up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may result in a forfeiture of any booking fees paid.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for a scheduled time slot without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
6. Preparation for Picture Day
Participants are responsible for arriving photo-ready. We recommend wearing clean and presentable clothing. Hair and makeup should be done prior to arrival, as time will not permit on-site preparation.
7. Staff Allocation
Each time slot will be managed by 4 staff members, including a photographer, assistant, and support personnel. This ensures personalized attention and efficient management of the session.
8. Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, The Missing Sock is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the session.
9. Consent and Usage of Images
By participating in Picture Day, you consent to the use of your images for school use, marketing, or promotional materials, unless otherwise specified in writing prior to the session.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Missing Sock reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
