    Door County Public Health offers vaccines at the Washington Island Community Center-Rutledge Room on the first Thursday of every other month (even months) by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please fill out the information below.   • Door County Public Health's vaccination clinic serves:

    Children 18 years of age and younger needing routine vaccination who meet one or more of the vaccine eligibility criteria outlined below. 

    Adults 19 years of age and older: Specific criteria allows for some vaccines to be offered to this age group, see Additional Eligibility Criteria for Adults.

    Flu and COVID-19 vaccine available depending on vaccine eligibility criteria outlined below.

    Insurance card(s) must be presented at time of appointment.

  • *We are not in-network with any other Medicare Advantage Plans or Commercial Insurance at this time and unable to bill. We can only accept Advantage and Commercial plans with Wisconsin coverage. 

    All other insurance plans, please call your doctor’s office, pharmacy, or health insurance company to see where you are covered. Otherwise, cash and check payable to "DCPH" accepted—$50 standard dose/$98 high dose flu/$165 COVID-19. Receipts are provided to submit for reimbursement from your insurance, if needed.

  • As of February 1, 2025 Adult Tdap Vaccine is only available to uninsured or underinsured adults (ages 19 and older) through health departments. Please check with your insurance provider to find out where your vaccines are covered.
