High school seniors are getting ready to graduate! Showcase your open positions and career pathways to graduating, workforce-bound seniors from schools across Frederick County at the career fair. New this year: make your booth a place for seniors to dive into your industry through interactive displays and demonstrations.

2023 High School Senioers Career Fair

Tuesday, March 28th, 2023

Frederick Community College Athletic Center

Set-up: 7:30 -8:30 a.m.

Career Fair: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Clean-Up: 12:00 – 12:30 p.m.

Your Booth

Get Students to your Booth: The best way for students to picture themselves at your organization is to have a glimpse of a ‘day in the life’ starting at the career fair! Bring along a product, demonstrate a production process, or bring equipment for them to view or sample. Feel free to contact us to discuss ideas!

Showcase your Brand: Students are looking for a good fit. Students from last year’s fair indicated that Workplace Environment and Professional Development/Career Pathways were among the most important factors when considering employers! Be sure to showcase your company’s values, your impact on the world around you, the strengths of your teams, and opportunities for growth within your company to students. We recommend bringing a team member who is new to the industry to talk with students about why they love working for your organization so students can better picture themselves as part of your team! You may also consider highlighting your company's culture in creative ways on your website and branded materials. Reach out to us if you’d like more information on crafting your company culture messaging!

There will be a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for this event. Sponsorships allow us to provide refreshments and lunch for the students, volunteers, and vendors. We have the following two sponsorships available:
- $2,000 Gold Sponsors (sold out): Gold sponsors will cover the cost of supplying lunches to the students, volunteers, and vendors. Sponsors will receive signage at the lunch tables, be featured as event sponsors on the posters at the registration table and will also receive recognition on the student-facing event website and our social media channels.
- $750 Silver Sponsor (1 remaining): Silver sponsors will receive signage at the refreshment tables, will be featured as an event sponsor on the posters at the registration table, and will also receive recognition on the student-facing event website and our social media channels.
Exact sponsorship amounts will vary depending on the final attendance numbers. Sponsors will be responsible for paying an invoice and/or submitting payment directly to the vendor. Frederick County Workforce Services cannot accept or process sponsorship payments.
