Hello! I am so glad you have trusted me to capture your newest little babe.

I have some questions for you that will help me prepare for your session.

My ‘client closet’ for newborns is always expanding and I have so many great colors of wraps and newborn outfits to use during the session.

Do you have a preference in colors so that I can design your sets appropriately before you arrive? If so, please indicate this later in this form.

In addition, if you have a theme request please let me know what I may need to know prior to working with you and your newborn?
