Terms and Conditions
Courses may be booked by telephone, e-mail, online booking or in writing. Please return your booking form within 7 days of receiving it. An invoice/receipt will be emailed to you shortly after receiving your booking form.
Cancellation of booked courses
- 50% of the fee paid is non-refundable for the training cancelled up to 30 calendar days prior to the date booked
- 75% of the fee paid is non-refundable for training cancelled up to 14 calendar days prior to the date booked
- 100% of the fee paid is non-refundable for training cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date booked
Transfers to other courses will only be possible up to 30 calendar days prior to the date booked, or in exceptional circumstances.
Your booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the programme, the tutors, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, we will automatically make a full refund but hereby disclaim any further liability. If the programme takes place but you are unable to attend, whether for reasons within or beyond your control, the above conditions in relation to transfers and cancellations will apply.
Please note: If you are an employee of a wellbeing company delivering to corporate clients, you must have 6 months of experience in delivering Laughter Yoga sessions before delivering these to your existing corporate clients. Stand-alone Laughter Yoga sessions must not take place for new clients.

The personal details you give us will be used to provide you with relevant information regarding our training courses or services. All information collected via Serious Laughter's website will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for those courses and workshops which you have shown interest in.
