Through Our Lens: Kids Empowerment Photography Program
Women Empowered to Prosper Resource Center, in 2023, wants to share the Through Our Lens youth photography program and the talent of our youth with the metro Atlanta community.

We are pleased to join ERand Media LLC, Nickelodeon, and Change X in offering The Through Our Lens: Kids Empowerment Photography Program for the Nickelodeon Community Fund Atlanta opportunity, allowing youth to learn photography and express their surroundings through visual art.

Nickelodeon sees kids as playing an active role in their communities and having hopes, dreams, and goals to shape their neighborhoods. Its community fund is dedicated to empowering kids with resources and support to bring to life projects that might otherwise go unfunded in areas such as arts, STEM, and environmental sustainability. Working with a grown-up co-leader, kids will actively lead these projects and have the chance to shape their communities for the better.

In partnership with ChangeX and Playful Learning Landscapes Action Network, Nickelodeon presents the Urban Thinkscape project to transform community public spaces into joyful learning opportunities for kids, grouping activities to generate high-quality interactions between children and caregivers in an urban environment.
