To request a return, please submit the form below with applicable details.

The Bit Barn is not responsible for duties and shipping fees, so please ensure that you prepay all costs and mark the parcel as a "return" where applicable.

Please be aware of the following policies:

- We do not accept returns on synthetic or leather mouthpieces.

- We do not accept returns on "specialty-ordered" bits.

- You have 30 days from when you receive the bit to trial it and submit a return request if it is not suitable.

- Once you receive an approval email for your return, you have 10 days to drop off the bit or provide a tracking number to info@bitbarn.ca If you do not provide this info within 10 days, your refund may be affected.

- Trial bits must be returned FULLY CLEANED or they will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

- All bits without a trial are final sale if the order date is more than 30 days past.
