(Guaranteed minimum of 6500 visitors with decent weather over the weekend) Remember that acquiring your Board of Health permit and your NJ Fire Safety Permit (RIMS) are your responsibility.  Insurance and Board of Health Certifications must be submitted with your application.  RIMS permit may take longer, if you are able to navigate New Jersey's website.  If you can not - be sure to have a check ready for $42.00 payable to the NJ Division of Fire Safety.  Inspectors may be at the event. If your insurance renews before the event date than a new COI must be submitted to us as soon as your insurance renews.   If your insurance lapses and we do not receive a new COI within 10 days of your renewal date your invitation will be declined and we will have to find another vendor as a replacement. If you are not sure if you are a packaged food crafter and are not sure if you are required to have a Board Of Health Permit, please contact the Board of Health at 609-268-5548 (Contact George Hamway) The NJ Division of Fire Safety is required for any open flames at WineFest 2022.  If you are participating in these events you can probably apply for a permit for all of our events for the entire year at one time.  To acquire this you must use the state website (worst website in the world) and register for a RIMS login.  http://www.nj.gov/dca/divisions/codes/RIMS_online.html  You will then login to RIMs with a username and password and apply for a permit. Be sure to upload your logo or trademark, and include your website/facebook page, so that we can use this in the promotion of the event.
