THEARC-BUILDING BRIDGES VENUE CONTRACT/APPLICATION. LET'S CONTINUE TO BUILD YOUR EVENT PROFILE.

Complete and submit this form to build your event request profile. Building Bridges Across the River will review and approve the profile application request for preferred space via email or phone at our earliest convenience. Please note prices are subject to change at any time. Event times scheduled outside of building hours will incur additional fees. Venue space and contracts are based upon availability.

 

Building Bridges Across the River does not host the following events: Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Bridal Showers, Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Repasts, and Homegoing’s.

Organization/Individual is a/an:

Building Bridges Across the River will provide final approval prior to launch of marketing collateral regarding plan of action for ticketed events and audience management. Please send to Booking@thearcdc.org

Building Bridges may not be able to make adjustments to setups the day of the event. Please submit any changes no later than two(2) weeks from the event date by emailing Booking@thearcdc.org and include the name of organization and event name. Thank you in advance.

 

 

For THEARC Black Box and Theater renters:

Organizations/Individuals are required to submit a certificate of liability insurance, comprehensive general liability(personal injury including bodily injury and property damage) in the amount $1,000,000.00 and fire damage in the amount of $500,000.00.

Please provide certificate of liability insurance listing your organization as the insured and certificate holder THEARC Theater c/o Building Bridges Across, 1901 Mississippi Avenue, S.E. WDC 20020 or THEARC Black Box c/o Building Bridges Across the River, 1801 Mississippi Avenue, S.E. WDC 20020

 

POLICIES & PROCEDURES:

Recital Hall & Community Meeting Room is required to submit application and payment in full for the contract to be considered fully executed for the provision of rental space.

THEARC Theater, THEARC Black Box and Ballet Studio will require submission of the application, deposit(non-refundable)due within five(5) business days of confirmation to proceed with next steps. Additional requirements include: submission of technical and hospitality requirements; marketing requirements, and a sign-off on Final Quote/Proposal to be considered fully executed for the provision of rental space.

Furthermore, the point of contact and/or organization represents a complete and accurate disclosure of all information that has been included above are true and accurate.

Please Note*This contract/application only confirms that the date is available, that you agree to all of the terms above and that you have sent over all information to secure an accurate quote for your event.

After this contract/application is received you will receive a proposed quote and next steps. 

Please check your SPAM for further communication from PERFECT VENUE if you have not received an email within 48 hours. All correspondence moving forward will come from the Perfect Venue event portal. 

 

BRANDING GUILDELINES:

By signing below, it is hereby agreed to by the point of contact and/or organization requesting use of the venue space to follow all branding guidelines, policies and procedures. All flyers, literature, etc. must use THEARC as the approved header. (NOT The ARC, NOT THEarc etc,.) Additionally, if you are requesting to use our logo for propmotional purposes please email Booking@thearcdc.org for approval.
