    Workplace Belonging Survey (Present Position)
  • This survey will begin by asking you a few questions about yourself (demographic questions).  You do not have to answer all of these questions. After the demographic questions, you will be asked to describe your job as an engineer or computer scientist or a job in which you worked closely with engineers or computer scientists.  Additional questions will ask you to describe that job, and also to tell us more about how you feel in the job. You can also complete this survey more than once if you would like to describe more than one job you have held over the past twenty years.

  • Workplace Experiences

  • Please think about the position/job that prompted you to take this survey.  In this next section of the survey, the first set of questions asks you to describe this position and the organization that you work for. A second set of questions explores your experiences and feelings related to that work. We want to hear about job experiences that have had the most impact on you – professionally or personally; positively or negatively.

Additional information regarding select questions can be obtained by hovering over the question.
