I understand and acknowledge that Northeast Medical Institutes CNA graduation requirements require me to complete the entire online self paced course up to section 10. I will also need to complete the 5 days or 10 evenings of lab and 2 days or 4 evenings of clinical. Any day that I miss I will be charged a $50 reschedule fee per day. These fees must be paid upon approval of this amendment. If you miss any clinical days you must complete both days, or 4 evenings, together. Students must complete these requirements set by Northeast Medical institute in order to graduate and pass all requirements listed in the School Catalog. They can not receive a certificate of completion until they complete these requirements.

I understand and acknowledge that there are 30 venipuncture's and 10 capillary sticks required for Phlebotomy. For clinical each student MUST bring in at least one volunteer to meet the last portion of clinical and volunteer themselves. If you must reschedule your scheduled clinical, there will be a $50 per day rescheduling fee. These fees must be paid upon approval of this amendment. Students must complete these requirements set by Northeast Medical institute in order to graduate and pass all requirements listed in the School Catalog. They can not receive a certificate of completion, or the NHA credential, until they complete these requirements.
