Talent Release Form

I, {talentName}, agree to allow the City of Marion to use my image/photograph or footage in its publications. I understand and consent that the City of Marion may: 

1. Use my images, photographs or video footage. 
2. Reproduce the image or photograph in any form, in whole or in part. 
3. Publish the image or photograph in any of its mediums including but not limited to City Limits magazine, brochures, fliers, Annual Report, City of Marion’s website, other online communications such as social media, or advertising and promotions.  
4. In signing this Talent Release Form I understand that any photographs supplied to me either through sale or as a gift cannot be used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the City of Marion. 

I understand that the City of Marion: 

1. Will not pay me for giving this consent or for the use of my image or photograph. 
2. May keep the image or photograph on record. 
3. May use the image or photograph in the future, unless I specify limitations for its use or I terminate this consent in writing.  
4. Will not infringe the rights of any third party by exercising its rights given in this consent.

All personal information collected by the Council is used only for the purpose of conducting Council business and in the provision of Council services to its customers.
