Client Agreement
1. I confirm that I am at least the legal age of consent in my location, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
2. I commit to participating in sessions while being free from any mind-altering substances, ensuring that I am fully capable of providing informed and legal consent throughout the cuddle sessions.
3. I acknowledge the importance of disclosing any diagnoses or conditions that may impact the cuddling session. This is essential for creating a safe and informed therapeutic environment.
4. I pledge to prioritize consent and respect the Practitioner's personal boundaries at all times and to communicate any discomfort.
5. I agree to communicate respectfully and request the Practitioner's consent. This applies not only during cuddling sessions but also in all pre and post-session interactions. I will actively work to establish and maintain mutual comfort throughout the therapeutic process.
6. I acknowledge that the nature of this service is strictly platonic. I agree not to pursue or encourage sexual arousal during sessions and maintain strict avoidance of hand-to-genital or breast contact, intentional genital stimulation, or exchanging of bodily fluids.
7. I agree to wear a minimum of a tank top and shorts covering the top half of the thigh, suitable for public wear.
8. I agree to be committed to maintaining respectful personal hygiene.
9. I understand that I have the right to terminate the session at any time and to revoke consent, as does the Practitioner.
10. I acknowledge that Cuddle Therapy is not illegal and does not include sexual acts, therefore is not prostitution. I understand that the sessions are strictly platonic and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
