VENDOR SPOTS ARE LIMITED. ALL RECEIVED AND PAID APPLICATIONS WILL GET CONFIRMATION AND SECURE THEIR SPOT. FESTIVAL IS RAIN OR SHINE, ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Each booth measure is a 10 x 10 space. Your entire booth is required to fit within the space you pay for. Vendors must bring their own tables and tent(if placed outdoor).
Food Truck
Space must not exceed 20 ft.
If you exceed the space you are required to purchase an additional booth.
Once the
application is processed there will be no refunds or cancellations.
Vendor fees are for your chosen
Space and is non-refundable. Please note that all vendors will be outdoor under a pavilion. Food Vendors/Food Trucks will be in the parking lot. Sponsors and Entertainment will be inside the Pavilion will be inside the Main Festival will take place rain or shine.
No Electricity will be provided, unless discussed and approved. No vendor is allowed to plug in any of the property outlet unless approved by any of the organizer/commitee
Vendors must set up no later than 10 am and must stay throughout the event(No Early teardown wil be allowed).
Outdoor Vendoors are not allowed to leave their set-up overnight.
