AGREEMENT/CONSENT
In consideration of my possible appearance in any and all photography and video taken during my travel program I grant to MetaMovements LLC (MM), Safiya Music International LLC, as well as MetaMovements' legal representatives, partners, and staff, permission to use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic pictures, and film footage of me in which I may be included, in whole or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium: at their studios, online, in art, in advertising, in memorabilia, for trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. I also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith.
I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product heirs, or products or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
Rights
All Images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights to the media platform in which the Images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of MetaMovements LLC . No Image may be used for promotional or advertising purposes without the express permission of MetaMovements . No rights are transferrable to the subject or person displayed or mentioned in photos or videos. The parties agree prior permission of any usage of any image or video must be given by MetaMovements .

All published usages of Images will be accompanied by written credit to MetaMovements. I hereby release, discharge and agree to release MetaMovements, Safiya Music International LLC, as well as MetaMovements' partners, staff, legal representatives and assigns, and all persons acting under their permission or authority or those for whom we are acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

TO OPT OUT
To Opt Out: Should I not feel comfortable signing the release, MM will work with their media professionals to not include me during filming and photography, and additionally to consult with me if I accidentally appear in an image MM might wish to share. However, it is to the benefit to all parties involved (MM and in-country Hosts, and all of the travelers present and future) that media from this program is shared with a wide audience. Many travelers themselves wish to share these images with friends and family freely.
For this reason, it is requested that I support this process by avoiding being in the videos or photos as they are taken. I understand that it is my responsibility to not place myself in group photos or in between the photographer and the subject, and that if I appear accidentally in a photo owned by MM I will be consulted with before use. I understand that another traveler may unintentionally release my image as they are sharing theirs, and I do not hold neither the traveler, neither MM, Safiya Music International LLC, nor MetaMovements' partners, representatives liable. I understand that I can share my wishes with other travelers or simply avoid the line of their camera or phone. My signature signifies my understanding that I am responsible for talking to people with cameras or phones, asking questions when appropriate, or avoiding standing in certain locations, especially when indicated.
