USRowing strongly encourages the reporting of all forms of misconduct.
If you're reporting an allegation of Sexual Misconduct
If your allegation meets the definition of Sexual Misconduct as described in the USRowing Safe Sport Policy Manual, you MUST submit it directly to the U.S. Center for SafeSport. Offenses include, but are not limited to: sexual or gender-related harassment, non-consensual sexual contact or intercourse, (or attempts to commit the same), sexual exploitation, intimate relationships involving an imbalance of power, or bullying, hazing, or other inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature.

If you're reporting suspicion of Child Abuse
If your suspicion meets the definition of Child Abuse as described in the USRowing Safe Sport Policy Manual, Section 203 of the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990, or any applicable state law, you MUST contact law enforcement AND report your concern directly to the U.S. Center for SafeSport. Child Abuse is defined by the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 as physical or sexual abuse or neglect of a child, including human trafficking and the production of child pornography.

Reporting of issues of misconduct may be made anonymously. However, USRowing encourages the complainant to provide enough detail to allow for a proper investigation, if required.
