Summer 2023 Camp Reservation Form

Reservation Deposit

There is a $50 deposit due at time of reservation for each unit your group intends to use. There is no longer a per-person cost! Each unit (cabin, tent, hogan, or adirondack) is priced based on the number of beds, the number of meals, and the included activities.

You may not exceed the published capacity for any unit (ex: you may not add people to sleep on the floor). 

Deposits are non transferable and non refundable.

Final payment will be due no later than three (3) weeks prior to your session.

NEW! Payment plans for troop/family camp are available. Camperships are not available for troop/family camp but you can use Juliette Funds, Opportunity Fund, or Troop Funds.

Troop and Family Camp

• Choose a 3-day (Friday - Sunday) or 5-day (Sunday - Thursday) option, whichever best fits your schedule!
  
  
• Prices are based on $25 per person, per day and include all meals, activities, and program supplies.

Weekend Camp

• We are offering one Troop Camp and one Family Camp to bookend the overnight camp season at Rancho!
  
  
• All "units" have access to a shared bathroom. Access to a shared shower house is available to all campers.

You will receive an email to complete your registration, camper paperwork, and payments. Please make sure that you use a contact email that you check often (at least 3 times a week). Emails will be sent around the end of February. Families, troops and campers with paid reservations will receive access to complete their registration five (5) business days prior to the opening of registration for those without a reservation.

Use one form to reserve space for your entire troop/family. We will collect the rest of the information (all attendees names, contact info, allergies, etc) on the official registration. 

Reminder - reservation is per "unit." You may reserve as many "units" as you need for your group on one reservation form. There is no discount if you do not have as many people as beds in your unit, and you may not exceed the published capacity for any unit (ex: you may not add people to sleep on the floor). 

Wagons are not currently available for reservation but may become available later.
