    Starters

    Leek, goats cheese and sun-blush tomato tartlet with herb oil (V)

    Compression of ham hock terrine, Green tomato and apple chutney, baby leaves

    Main course

    Roast fillet of salmon, parsley gremolata crust, herb mash, stir-fried greens with a vermouth and dill cream sauce

    Breast of chicken stuffed with a haggis mousse, dauphinoise potato, glazed seasonal vegetables

    Dessert

    Glazed lemon tart, raspberry sauce, vanilla ice cream

    Baked chocolate salted caramel tart, espresso ice cream, raspberry gel
