• 2023 Lavender Festival Vendor Application

  • We invite all lavender related vendors and interested businesses to apply for vending and exhibition space at the 2023 Lavender Festival.

    APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED STARTING APRIL 1
    With acceptances going out the week of April 10. 

    Space is not guaranteed until an application is reviewed, approved and all applicable fees and paperwork are submitted.

    Night Market. 5pm - 8pm

    SUNDAY, JULY 23:
    Festival Market. 8am - 3pm

    Expected attendance: 9,500

    APPLICATION PROCESS

    • To apply, if you have not participated before,  you must upload a photo of your product(s), booth set-up, or food truck.
    • Upon acceptance, detailed information will be emailed to you.
    • Vendors may select their location upon acceptance, based on availability.
    • Payment in full and necessary paperwork will be required to be submitted within 3 weeks of being accepted.

    *Please note Lavender in the Village reserves the right to deny entry to vendors to reduce duplication and ensure all vendors fit the mission of the event.

    While we truly appreciate the participation of former vendors, our attendees have asked to meet new businesses each year. For that reason, Lavender in the Village may deny space to former vendors in an attempt to keep the event fresh/different each year.  Thank you for your understanding.

  • VENDOR FEES

    What's Included
    Outdoor vendors receive a 10x10 professionally installed tent with protective side-walls, one bare 8ft table, one chair.
    Indoor vendors receive a 10x10 pipe and drape booth space, one 8ft table, one chair.  

    You do not need to provide your own canopy.

    All on-site sales vendors: $350
    Commercial/lead generation vendors: $1000

    Reduced vendor fees available for non-profits, educational exhibitors, and others.
    You may apply for a reduced vendor fee below.

  • A request to be indoors does not guarantee indoor placement. If you need to be indoors, please use the comment field below to explain why. Vendor fees are the same for both indoor and outdoor vendors.

  • DOUBLE BOOTHS

    Due to the high demand for vendoing space, at this time we cannot guarantee double booth spaces. Please let us know if you would be interested in a double booth space and we will work to accomodate all requests.

  • FOOD TRUCK SECTION
    All questions are required for food trucks and trailers.
    NOTE: We are unable to provide any electricity for food trucks and trailers. You must provide your own generator for the event.

  • REDUCED VENDOR FEE OPPORTUNITIES

    Vendor fees may be reduced for specific vendors based on the following criteria:

    • Are you a small start-up business whose products or services are aligned with the mission of Lavender in the Village.
    • Are you a non-profit distributing information only?
    • Are you an educational exhibitor adding to the attendee experience?
    • Are you incuring travel costs (i.e. hotel stays) to participate in the event.
