We invite all lavender related vendors and interested businesses to apply for vending and exhibition space at the 2023 Lavender Festival.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED STARTING APRIL 1
With acceptances going out the week of April 10.
Space is not guaranteed until an application is reviewed, approved and all applicable fees and paperwork are submitted.

APPLICATION PROCESS
- To apply, if you have not participated before, you must upload a photo of your product(s), booth set-up, or food truck.
- Upon acceptance, detailed information will be emailed to you.
- Vendors may select their location upon acceptance, based on availability.
- Payment in full and necessary paperwork will be required to be submitted within 3 weeks of being accepted.
*Please note Lavender in the Village reserves the right to deny entry to vendors to reduce duplication and ensure all vendors fit the mission of the event.
While we truly appreciate the participation of former vendors, our attendees have asked to meet new businesses each year. For that reason, Lavender in the Village may deny space to former vendors in an attempt to keep the event fresh/different each year. Thank you for your understanding.
