    Monday Night Speed Camp

    (Grades 8 - 12)

  • Camp Information

    First Day:  Monday, June 12, 2022

    Final Day:  Monday, July 17, 2022

    Meeting Days and Times:  Mondays only, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

    Location:  Barb Barrows Stadium @ Neuqua Valley High School, 2360 95th Street, Naperville, IL 60564

    Make-Up Dates:  There will be no make-up dates for any sessions cancelled due to inclement weather.

  • Refund Policy

    1.  Up until the beginning of camp, refunds will be granted, less a $25 administrative fee.

    2.  After the beginning of camp, absolutely no refunds will be allowed.

    3.  To request a refund prior to the beginning of camp, please contact our Business Manager, James Janota, at (630) 428-6000 (x4719), or email him at james_janota@ipsd.org.

  • Pro-Rated Fees

    Due to the fixed costs of conducting these camps, any requests for pro-rated registration fees due to vacations and other outside endeavors cannot be accommodated.

  • Family Discounts

    This camp is specially priced at $105, and family discounts are not available.

  • Scholarships

    If you are experiencing financial difficulty, a scholarship may be available for your child.  For more information regarding need-based scholarships, please contact our Business Manager, James Janota, via email at james_janota@ipsd.org, and he will forward you a scholarship application.  Applications are due by June 1st.

  • T-Shirt Sizing

    When selecting a t-shirt size for your child in the registration area, please ensure the size is correct by using the size chart listed below. We only purchase enough shirts overall for each participant, thus exchanges are not possible. Your child will receive the size you select.  We cannot guarantee a t-shirt for anyone registering after Monday, May 29, 2023.

  • Waiver, Release, and Hold Harmless

    Summer Camps Held on IPSD 204 Property

    The undersigned Participant (if applicable), and the undersigned Parent / Guardian (on behalf of him / herself and the Participant) agree as follows:

    1.  For purposes of this Waiver / Release / Hold Harmless:

         a.  "The School District" means Indian Prairie Community Unit School District No. 204.

         b.  "Facilities" means buildings, grounds, and any other property of the School District.

         c.  "The Activity" means use of the School District's facilities for the summer camp.

    2.  I understand that the School District rents its facilities for use by the independent operator of the summer camp.  I acknowledge that the summer camp is not organized, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by the School District.

    3.  I acknowledge that there is a risk of injury to the participant from participation in the Activity, and while particular rules and precautions may reduce this risk, the chance of serious injury does exist.

    4.  I acknowledge that participation in the Activity involves risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including (but not limited to) COVID-19.  In addition:

         a.  I acknowledge that participating in the Activity may increase the risk of contracting a communicable disease, including (but not limited to) COVID-19.

         b.  I also understand that there are potential risks that may presently be unknown.

         c.  Because of the dangers of participating in the Activity, I recognize the importance of complying, and agree that the Participant will fully comply, with the applicable laws, policies, rules, regulations, and supervisor's instructions regarding participation in the Activity, including instructions related to social distancing precautions, face coverings, physical separation, and sanitization.

    5.  I understand that the Participant is expected to act appropriately and to comply with all terms and conditions for participation in the Activity, including (but not limited to) all safety rules.  I assume full legal responsibility for the conduct of the Participant while participating in the Activity.

    6.  I acknowledge that the Participant and I assume all risk of injury or illness from the Participant's participation in the Activity.  On behalf of myself and the Participant, I waive and release all claims of any kind whatsoever against Indian Prairie Unit School District No. 204 and its Board of Education, Board members, employees, volunteers and agents, for any such injury or illness.

    7.  On behalf of myself and the Participant, I hereby waive and release any and all claims that may arise from or in connection with the Participant's participation in the Activity, and that otherwise could be asserted against Indian Prairie Community Unit School District No. 204 or its Board of Education, Board members, employees, volunteers and / or agents.  

    8.  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indian Prairie Community Unit School District No. 204 and its Board of Education, Board members, employees, volunteers and agents, against and from any and all liability damages, claims, demands, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) that may arise from or in connection with the Participant's participation in the Activity.

    9.  I have read this Waiver / Release / Hold Harmless, and I understand and voluntarily accept these terms.

    Summer Camps - Wildcat Cross Country and Track and Field

    The undersigned Participant (if applicable), and the undersigned Parent / Guardian (on behalf of him / herself and the Participant) agree as follows:

         a.  "Wildcat XCTF" means Wildcat Cross Country and Track and Field.

         b.  "Facilities" means buildings, grounds, and any other property used for "The Activity."

         c.  "The Activity" means use of "Facilities" for the camp.

    2.  I acknowledge that there is a risk of injury to the participant from participation in the Activity, and while particular rules and precautions may reduce this risk, the chance of serious injury does exist.

    8.  I have read this Waiver / Release / Hold Harmless, and I understand and voluntarily accept these terms.
