Registration Change Request Form

If you are currently registered for the 2024 3M Half Marathon and need to change distances, events, or are looking for other options, please review the options available and then complete the form to submit your request.

A refund, deferral, or transfer can only be requested up to the deadlines posted below. Requests cannot be processed for an event that has already taken place.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PARTICIPANT
Participants may transfer their registration to another participant of their choosing for a fee. Once a transfer request is submitted it cannot be reversed.

Fee: $40.00

- The owner of the registration is responsible for finding another person to transfer to.
- For the safety of all participants, participants may not give or sell their entry to anyone as a part of a non-approved transfer. Transaction fees cannot be refunded.
- Shirt size is not guaranteed for transferred registrations.

TRANSFER TO THE AUSTIN MARATHON, HALF Marathon OR 5K
Participants may transfer to the 2024 Ascension Seton Austin Marathon, Austin Half Marathon, or 5K. Not available after 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 20. Once a transfer request is submitted it cannot be reversed.

Fee: $30.00 + any registration price difference at the time.

For example, if the 3m Half Registration is $89.00 and the Austin Half Marathon registration is $99.00 then the total fee for the transfer is $40.00.

TRANSFER TO THE VIRTUAL EVENT
Participants may transfer to the Virtual event and still recevie all of the cool event items. Items cannot ship to Non-US addresses. Not available after 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 20. Once a transfer request is submitted it cannot be reversed.

Fee: $10.00

DEFER ONE YEAR
If you are currently registered for the 2024 3M Half Marathon you may apply to defer your registration one year.

The fee schedule is as follows:

Deferral fee Schedule:	Fee through 8/25	Fee Through 11/23
3M Half Marathon	$38.70	$64.50

Deferrals are not available after 11/23.

Once a deferral is submitted, the decision is final and cannot be reversed.

REFUNDS
50% refunds are available through August 14. Transaction fees cannot be refunded.

Please note:

All transfers must be approved through High Five Events. Anyone caught attempting to sell or transfer their race entry/bib to another person or participate in the event using another participant’s race entry/bib as part of a non-approved transfer, will have said race entry/bib revoked, be disqualified, and be removed from the race without refund. The 3M Half Marathon Refund/Transfer/Deferral Policy is subject to change at any time.
