Cancelation Policy: Any cancelations may be refunded if the tenant notifies the Zoo Office prior to 30 days of event 100% refund, any cancelation made 15-29 days prior to event deposit plus half of rental fee, any cancelation made 0-14 days prior to event, only deposit will be refunded.
Rental Rules:
- Wall décor must be hung with classroom putty or painter's tape.
- Balloons are NOT allowed in the zoo (no exceptions).
- The facilities are designated “Non-Smoking.”
- There are no pets allowed.
- Tents and Inflatables must have prior approval, incur a fee, require an 811 line locate, and be set up by a licensed and insured company.
- Decorations are allowed inside the Event Center. No outdoor decorations.
- Piñatas are allowed, indoors ONLY.
- Fish Food Pail must be returned to the gift shop after the party.
- You must clean up after the party.
- A trash can will be provided, all trash must be put in the trash can.
- The room should be returned to the state prior to the party.
Animal Encounter Rules:
- Listen to instructions given by staff for the safety of the animal and your party
- No food out during the encounter
- Keep noise to a minimum to avoid startling the animal
- Touching the animal only as directed by staff
- Hands must be cleaned before and after the animal encounter
By renting you agree to comply with the rules for use of the Event Center. You assume all responsibility for seeing that the building and premise is left in a clean and presentable condition and also assume responsibility and liability for all persons in attendance and damage to the building or its contents. Rentals are scheduled with 30 minute buffer before and after the birthday party to allow for set-up and clean-up. Arrival prior to or remaining after this 30 minute allowance will result in an additional hour charge of $30.00. If any of the above rules are broken your deposit will be kept.
If these rules are not reasonably met we will not return your deposit.
