6 AM Group - CDA Half Marathon Group TrainingThis is beginner/intermediate half marathon coached training group to prepare for the CDA Half Marathon. We will be meeting at Bluegrass Park. You should be able to run 3 miles prior to starting this program. You will meet once a week for a group coached speed training session and given a 13 week training plan written by Coach Brandy Anderson, Boston Qualifier/participant, USA Track and Field Certified Coach, Lake City H.S. Cross Country Coach.
